We know… this isn’t the most exciting part of the website. No gold ornaments, no moody lighting  just the rules. But sadly, we can’t ship parcels powered purely by vibes (we’ve tried).

Below you’ll find all the important details about shipping, returns, and what to do if something goes wrong. It’s all here to keep things fair, smooth, and stress-free for everyone.

We promise to keep it as painless as possible  feel free to skim, we won’t judge.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns Window: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom, made-to-order, or fragile items (unless damaged) may not be eligible for return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders can take up to 10 working days to be processed and shipped from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

  • Tracking: Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • Delays: During busy periods, launches, or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled
